Rent is due on the first of each month, late on the second. The grace period end on the 5th at 6:00pm. On the 6th late fees will be imposed in the amount of $100, in addition you loose the concession for that month, that means your rent goes back to market. This is a lot of money you can be saving by paying your rent on time. There will be no more payment arrangements.
On the 6th business day the 3 days notice will go out and evictions will be filed at expiration date. Certified funds only after the 5th. Partial payments won't be accepted. If you have roomates make sure all payments are included in one envelope. Pleas make sure your name is printed clearly as well as your building and apartment number.
