Please keep your patio clean and free of trash and debris. Make sure the storage closet door is closed and locked. Remember, the lease states that ONLY PATIO FURNITURE is allowed on patios/balconies.
Please remember to place trash bags INTO the compactor and NOT in/around compactor area. This helps prevent rodents from coming to the property looking for food.
